Zachary David Charles

Zachary David Charles, age 36, of Urbana, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 3, 2021 in his home. He was born on October 2, 1985, in Springfield, Ohio, the son of David D. and Deena K. (Cotrell) Charles.

Zach is preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Cotrell.
He is survived by his parents; brother and sister-in-law, Brett and Katrise Charles; grandparents, Daniel and Marilyn Charles; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Zach graduated in 2004 from Graham High School and was currently working at Honda. He loved wrestling, MMA and UFC, was a Marvel and DC Universe fanatic and an avid Bengals fan. Zach was always in good spirits and was a happy and loving guy.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 5-8p.m. at Walter & Lewis Funeral Home. Zach will be laid to rest at Kingscreek Cemetery following a private family service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his family through the funeral home.
