William "Bill" Todd

William Earl ”Bill” Todd, 77, of Urbana, died Sunday, September 30, 2012, in the Villa Springfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Springfield, OH. He was born November 5, 1934, in Ft. Wayne, IN, a son of Richard Charles and Geraldine Annette (Kassen) Todd. Bill retired from International/Navistar where he worked as a general foreman. He served as a dispersing clerk in the Navy aboard the USS “Fighting” Fred T. Berry DD858. Survivors include his wife Carla; Bill’s children - sons, Brian Ley Todd and his wife Kelly, Rex William Todd and his wife Misty and daughters, daughters Cynthia Louise Todd McGuire and her husband Mike, Rebecca Marie Todd Grimm and her husband George, Julie Ann Todd Loshe and her husband Randy, sisters Mary Ann Forte and her husband Richard, brother Charles Richard Todd, 23 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M., Wednesday. October 3, 2012 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 542 S. Main Street, Urbana where services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, October 4, 2012. Entombment to follow at Oak Dale Legacy Mausoleum.
