William “Bill” Arbey Rose

William “Bill” Arbey Rose, age 71 of Urbana, Ohio passed away on November 12, 2022. Bill was born on September 11, 1951 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Orville and Lexie (Barker) Rose. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Linda Rose, children; Tammy Roark and Doug Oryl and David (Christy) Rose, 7 grandchildren; Christopher Borders, Daniel Hay Jr., Christian Roark, Addie Pescosolido, Alex Miller, Hanna Boltenhouse, and Kaylee Smith, sister, Elaine (Jeff) Bodey, niece, Caroline Keeler, and nephew, Billie Keeler. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Caroline South.

Bill was a semi-truck driver for over 40 years. In his freetime, he enjoyed racing stock cars, riding his motorcycle, shooting and target practice, and going to the flea market.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Walter and Lewis Funeral Home, Urbana. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., also at the funeral home. Bill will be laid to rest at Oak Dale Cemetery following the funeral service.
