Virginia Belle Bradbury

Virginia Belle Bradbury, 94, of Urbana, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center.
She was born on April 16, 1924 in Guyan Township, Gallia County, OH, a daughter of Oakley and Mary (Sheets) Fisher. Virginia was a retired teacher from Urbana City Schools, a member of the Urbana United Methodist Church and member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include two sons, Bion Bruce (Jeanie) Bradbury of Urbana and Brent (Susie) Bradbury of New Albany; 5 grandchildren, Marie Roudebush, Erica Monttinen, Alyssa Huddleston, Bryan Bradbury and Brittany Bradbury; and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bion B. Bradbury; and sister, Mary Lakin.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2018 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery.
