Tarri L. Colebank

Tarri L. Colebank, age 58, of Urbana, Ohio passed away on October 7, 2022. She was born on July 22, 1964 in Hamilton, Ohio. Tarri is survived by her guardian, Martha Streator, and extended family and friends at the Paul Loffing Rainbow Unit.
