Susan G. Dragics

Susan G. Dragics, 75, born April 2, 1940, originally of Oak Harbor, OH, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Dr. William Russell Gibson and Mary MacCormack Gibson, and sister of the late Diane Gibson Gardner. Susan married Nicholas G. Dragics on December 28, 1961, who preceded her in death in 2001. She is survived by her children, Brad of Springfield, OH and Sharon Reaven (Harold Breslin) of Urbana, OH; grandchildren, Sarah Korte (Joseph) and Kathryn Reaven of Urbana, OH, and Christopher Dragics of Hilliard, OH; brother-in-law, David Dragics (Renee) of Annapolis, MD; and many other relatives and friends. Susan was a graduate of The Ohio State University, earning a degree in Marketing and of Wright State University, earning a Masters of Business Administration. With Nick, she was the own er and operator of Home Hobbies and Crafts in Springfield, OH for over 25 years. Susan was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who supported, encouraged and gave her time to others and to those she loved. She was an avid fan of the Buckeyes football and basketball teams. She and her family spent many summers enjoying Lake Erie. Susan requested there be no visitation or services. A private family entombment will take place at Oak Dale Cemetery in Urbana, OH. Susan was a cat lover, and her cats, Pete, Joe and Claire were very important to her, along with countless other felines over the years.
