Russell R. Roush

ROUSH, Russell R. age 57 of Springfield, previously of Urbana passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Springfield Regional Medical Center.  He was born on June 19, 1962 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Russell and Nioka (Purk) Roush.  In addition to his parents, Russell is preceded in death by his brother, Darrell Purk.  He leaves behind his daughters: Sara (Kamal) Roush-Alhmoud and her four children and Kandise (Jason) Reed and their children: Jenna, Alexa, and Aleeah. He is also survived by his brother, Ronnie (Kimberly) Honeyman their children: Amber, Sheyenne, and Destiny as well as the mother of his children, Valarie (David) Trostel.  Russell enjoyed restoring performance cars and was a very talented, highly skilled tradesman.  A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Walter & Lewis Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions to be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.  Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.walterfunerals.com
