Paula Sue Hefferline

Paula Sue Hefferline, 64, of Springfield, formerly of Urbana, went home to be with her parents and sister on Monday, September 21, 2015 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 10, 1950 in Urbana, OH, a daughter of Paul and Pearl (Oberdier) Hefferline. Paula was a 1969 graduate of Urbana High School and a long-time member of Eastern Star Urbana Chapter No. 530. She loved animals and had cats and llamas. Survivors include a sister, Kay (Rick) Sine of Urbana; nieces and nephews, Jeff (Paula) Lowry of St. Paris, Julie (Glenn) Lapp of West Liberty, Jon (Sally) Lowry of Urbana, Zachary Comer of West Liberty and Staci Salyers of Urbana; great nieces and nephews, Lindsey Lapp (Joe Sadlier) of West Liberty and children Peyton and Bentley, Austin Lapp of West Liberty, Amber (Logan) Whitaker of DeGraff and child Kenzlee, Floyd Lowry and Heather Lowry of St. Paris, Chad Midgely and son Trevor of Urbana, Jessica Salyers and Matthew Salyers of Urbana; and her closest and special friend, Susie Youdziewicz. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Ann Shafer. Family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2015 in the WALTER & STOWE FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. with Rev. Mike Stewart officiating.
