Pamela S. Moody

MOODY, Pamela S. age 74 of Urbana passed away unexpectedly on November 21, 2024. She was born on November 22, 1949 in Sydney, Ohio to the late Marion and H. Jean (Miller) Shaffner. In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Moody; sister-in-law, Rita Shaffner and brother-in-law, Ken Purk. She leaves behind her two sons: Thomas E. Moody Jr. of Urbana, and Jimmie Moody and daughter-in-law, Sandra, of Toledo, Ohio; grandchildren: Zachary Williams, Kaylee Moody and Lexi Moody as well as her siblings: Freda Purk, Diane Stone and Dennis Shaffner. Pam liked listening to the Van-Dells and Elvis and enjoying a good crossword puzzle. She loved the beach and traveling to Hawaii with her late husband. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Walter & Lewis Funeral Home with her funeral beginning at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Oak Dale Cemetery.
