Mary Lavanda Clark

Mary Lavonda Clark, of Urbana, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on February 17, 2025 at 12:31 a.m. surrounded by love and family. She was 85 years young. 

Mary is survived by her children, Bruce Goodwin (Kim), Greg Erwin, Jackie Troesch, and Patricia Goodwin, grandchildren, Rhiannon Brown, Michael Humble, Brittney Cardinale, Christen Reany (Jeremy-deceased), Justin Ludwick, Jessica Dailey (Brandon), Nicholas Goodwin (Courtney-deceased), Brande J. Smith (Ed Smith), Ashley Erwin, Cody Erwin, Casey Erwin, Courtney Erwin, and Clinton Erwin, great-grandchildren, Trysten Humble, Jaydn Humble, BrynnLeigh Humble, Jaxon Humble, Stryker Brown, Maribelle Benson, Rowen Cardinale, Louie Cardinale, Luke Reany, Anna Ludwick, Andre Tadlock-Wood, Aurora Grace Dailey, Joshua Wallace, Jeremiah Middleton II, Alyson James, Callista Thompson, Dakota Simpson, Audrey Ropp, Hailey Blybaugh, Colton Harmon, and Myles Harmon.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, George William Clark, her mother, Grace Arms, siblings, Bob, Neil and June Arms, and her son, Jeff Erwin.

Mary lived a simple life beside her loving husband, family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She had a good sense of humor and enjoyed sharing stories of her childhood. She loved dogs, breakfast foods, and she had a sweet tooth for all kinds of cookies. She always talked about planning a family picnic in the park so she could spend more time with her great-grandchildren. She loved her family dearly and would call regularly to check in on everyone. Mary is at the center of many special memories and she will be missed. We will hold you in our hearts until we see you again in heaven. Give Papa a kiss for us.
