Lynda G. Nickerson

Lynda G. Nickerson, 61, of New Carlisle, passed away in her home on October 3, 2021. She was born on July 19, 1960, in Urbana, Ohio, the daughter of the late Daniel M. and Mary Belle (Crick) Legge.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Theresa Ann Chapman and sister, Cheryl Jackson.

She is survived by her daughters, Erica Allen-Delpinal (Mark Lawson) and Lorrie (Todd) Sotzing; grandchildren, Tahyler Allen, Madelynn Allen, Emilia Delpinal, Rayna Delpinal, Antonio Delpinal, Cory Sotzing, Garrett Hicks, Cody Hicks and Clayton Sotzing; great-grandchild, Journey Taylor; siblings, Daniel (Sonia) Legge, Shannon Legge, Kelly Legge, Mary Mitchell and Brian Legge; her best buddy and 4-legged companion, Willard; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Lynda worked for over 20 years at Faurecia. She enjoyed gardening, going tubing and playing games on her phone, but above all else, she loved visiting her family and friends and hanging out at the farm.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 2913 E. Kingscreek Rd., Urbana, OH 43078 beginning at 3p.m.
