Kevin Michael Slone

Kevin Michael Slone, 42, of Urbana went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 26, 1975 in Springfield, OH, a son of Clyde and Anita Rosales Slone of Urbana. Kevin attended Urbana High School and graduated in 1994. While in school, he played football and basketball.
Kevin loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time with his children, friends and family.
Survivors include his children, Lexi Walborn of Huber Heights and Nathan Aldredge of Springfield; mother Anita Slone; father Clyde Slone; sisters, Kelly (Rosales) Maurice of Harrod, OH and Susie Ramos of New Mexico; brother, Anthony (Paula) Slone; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Art and Pina Peters from Urbana and Enrique Rosales; aunts Ann Elliott and Sharron Randall; uncles Henry Rosales and Daniel (Keko) Rosales; and cousins Mark Wells, Billy Jo Rosales and Stephen Rosales.
Family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery.
