Josh Carroll

Josh Carroll, 35, of Cable, died at 11:55 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. He was born on February 5, 1980 in Bellefontaine, OH. Josh worked in construction, loved music and enjoyed cooking and grilling. Survivors include his mother, Kim (Jones) Smith and husband Kerry of Cable; father, Keith L. Carroll and wife Son Hyong of Marysville; fiancée, Lilly Tompkins; daughters, Blair and Melody; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Janet Jones of Cable; paternal grandmother, Linda Carroll of Cable; stepbrother, Tyler Smith of Kettering; stepsister, Leanne DiLeo of Dublin; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Maurice Carroll. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2015 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Roger Childers officiating.
