Jesse Blair

Jesse Blair, 74, of Cedarville, OH, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 in Forest Glen Health Campus, Springfield.
He was born on January 19, 1943 in Paintsville, KY, a son of Curtis and Dixie Blair. Jesse was a graduate of West Liberty-Salem High School and veteran of the National Guard. He retired from Speco after many years of service and was a member of the First Church of God in Cedarville for over 20 years. Jesse loved playing the guitar and loved his John Deere tractor.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Claudia (Wall) Blair; sisters, Irene (Robert) LeMaster of Urbana and Janet (Robert) Jones of Cable; brother, Samuel (Judy) Blair of Urbana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Bernett Blair; sisters, Sue McLaughlin and Betty Jean May; and brother-in-law, Hager May.
The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, October 13, 2017 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. with Rev. Elton Moose officiating.
