James F. Hagenbuch

James F. Hagenbuch, 84, of Urbana, died at 8:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2014 in Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana. He was born on August 26, 1929 in Urbana, OH, the son of Stephen J. and Anna (Kentner) Hagenbuch. James graduated from St. Mary High School, retired from International Harvester as an assembler and attended St. Mary Catholic Church, Urbana. Survivors include 3 daughters, Mary Jo Findlay of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Theresa Ann McIntosh and husband Todd of Columbia, MO, and Dr. Sandra Halterman of Charleston, S.C.; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Rita Waldron of Springfield, OH; and brother, Joe Hagenbuch of Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Angline (Lioi); sister, Martha; brother, Stephen; and a grandson. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2014 in WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 in St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Larry Gearhart, celebrant.
