Ernest Lee Nichols Sr.

NICHOLS, Ernest Lee Sr., 65 of Urbana, Ohio passed away on February 3, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born on February 28, 1952 in Champaign County. The son of the late Ernest Norman Nichols and Freda Marie (Daulton) Nichols. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Ann (Osborne) Nichols. His children Nicole Marie Nichols, Ernest Lee (Brandi) Nichols Jr., James Delbert (Martha) Nichols, and Robert Allen Nichols. His sisters Betty Jane (Bob) Bidwell and Jeanette Ann (Melvin) Parker and fourteen grandchildren: Alexis, Kaylee, Kendra, Jessica, Nicholas, Christina, Kaitlyn, Casey, James, Gracie, Kaiden, and Brandon. He is preceded in death by a brother, Willard Eugene Nichols and a sister Linda Sue (Jim) Fox. Ernie loved spending time with his family and listening to country music. Ernie worked at Kirby Hatchery and Big Lots. His family will receive guest on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. with his funeral on Wednesday, February 7 at 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home.
