Ellen Parker

Ellen Parker, age 86, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Vancrest of Urbana. She was born on September 6, 1938, in Pickaway County, Ohio the daughter of the late Cornelius and Carolina (Campbell) Parker. While Ellen lived for a short time in Sidney and Springfield, her heart was always in Urbana. She was a graduate from the first graduating class of Triad, class of ’56 where she had several close friends through the years. Ellen retired after many years of service in the home health care industry. She was the youngest of 6 kids, all of whom preceded her in death: Donald (Helen) Parker, Emil (Margaret) Parker, Joe (Kate) Parker, Bill (Bea) Parker and Bob Parker. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 10am-11am with service beginning at 11am at Walter & Lewis Funeral Home.
