David A. Adams

David A. Adams, Sr., 76, of Urbana, one of 14 children born to Lucian W. and Jessie (Combs) Adams, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2012. David retired from Navistar. He was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters, Wilda Dunkelbarger, Ruby Trinkle, Ethel Kelly, Theda Kelly, Julia Barnes and Kathleen; two brothers, Lucian and Walter. He is survived by his loving wife Sue, two children and their spouses, David Jr. and Karen and Lori and Tom Mehr, beloved grandchildren, Carrie Moorman (James), Matt Adams (Jessica), Jesse Adams (Melanie), Elaina Bradley (Duncan), Amanda Vanbuskirk (Chad), Megan Mehr, and numerous great grandchildren, three sisters, Norma Smith, Jean Adams, Jackie Schmittauer and two brothers, Frank Adams (Jennie) and Ray Adams.
