Damian Schuyler "Stacey" Prendergast

Damian Schuyler Stacey Prendergast, 18, of Urbana, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 in Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana. He was born June 29, 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Survivors include his mother and father, Roberta & Wade Prendergast, his brother and sister, Bob & Jessica White, and his grandmother, Dolores Holbert. Other survivors include uncles, aunts and cousins. Damian inspired everyone he met. He lived his life with honor and integrity. He got his first skateboard at 5. He didnt walk when he could run and he didnt run when he could skate. Once he learned to talk, he was never silent. Mere words cannot describe the profound effect Damian had on the lives of the people who were fortunate enough to know him. Visitation will be held 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2013 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, followed by the memorial service. Friends and family may then gather to continue sharing memories and celebrate Damians life at the home of Tom and Melanie Cooksey, 730 Mark Drive, Urbana, OH.
