Connie Belle Rice

Connie Belle Rice, age 75, of Urbana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 8, 2022. She was born on December 21, 1946, the daughter of the late Robert E. Lee Rice and Irma Mae Herman. Connie is survived by her children, Danita (Mark) Wright, Christina (Chris) McDonald and Antonio (Stephanie) Rosales; siblings, Pat (Gloria) Rice, Bobby (Sylvia) Rice, Rositta Rice, Gary Rice, Joanna Rice and Tony (Norma) Rice; and numerous grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, Andrea Rosales and Billie Jo Rosales; grandson, Shane Moore; and her siblings, Terry Rice, Bill Rice and Lisa Rice. Connie appreciated having company and loved being around those she loved. She was an avid sports fanatic, enjoyed watching football, basketball, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cleveland Cavaliers. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
