Cathy Lynn Ratcliff

Cathy L. Ratcliff, age 63, of Springfield, went to be with her family in Heaven on Sunday, January 29, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.
She was born on September 16, 1953 in Urbana, OH, a daughter of Billy Joe and Marcella June (Ropp) Ratcliff. Cathy liked music, books and dolls, and as a child loved playing outside in the winter and summer, enjoyed going to basketball games to watch her uncle and loved camping and traveling with her family.
Survivors include her mother, Marcella June (Ropp) Ratcliff; brother, Terry Joe (Tammy) Ratcliff; nieces, Michelle Runkle and Heather (Casey) Behlmer; and great-nieces and nephews, Dominic Kaminski, Blake Kaminski, Nicholas McLean Jr., Eli Ullery, Elli Ullery, Logan Behlmer and Lilyanna Behlmer.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Joe Ratcliff; sister, Crystal Kay Ratcliff; and nephew, Terry Joe Ratcliff Jr.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017 in the WALTER & STOWE FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2017 with Pastor Bob Knox officiating. Burial will follow in Kings Creek Cemetery, Urbana.
