Brian Lee Windle

Brian Lee Windle, age 38, of South Vienna, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016 at his parents residence in South Vienna. Brian was born on September 17, 1977 in Springfield, to Frank Jr. and Betty (Sprinkle) Windle. He graduated from Mechanicsburg High School where he excelled at football. Brian had a great passion for music; both writing and playing, he collected guns, enjoyed hunting, and was an avid sports fan. He was a past team-leader at Honda, but held many jobs through the years; he always enjoyed being busy. Brian will be remembered for his happy-go-lucky attitude, and was always smiling. Along with his parents, survivors include his son, Nolan Thomas Windle-Smith; sisters, Mary (James) Robinson, Lora Windle (Jeremy Wooten) and Bonnie Sprinkle; brother, Frank III (Stephanie) Windle; nieces and nephews, Colt and Lillian Proffit, Michael Grubb, and Amanda (Jessey) Murray; two uncles, Richard Dickie (Diane) Sprinkle, and Jerry Sprinkle; two aunts, Sally Culp and Ruth Gaghan; numerous cousins, including special cousins, Kevin Whitman and Jimmy Windle.
