Blanche Mae Outram

Blanche Mae Outram, 90, of Urbana, died Saturday evening April 7, 2018 in Mercy McAuley Center, Urbana. She was born January 18, 1928 in Urbana, OH, a daughter of John E. and Lucy Belle (Nichols) Jenkins.
Survived by her children, Charles E. Jenkins, Mary Dean of Urbana and Jobe W. Outram of Bellefontaine; step-son Robert Leon (Betty) Outram of Peebles, OH; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Murphy, Helen Marshall, Dorothy Smith; brother, Harold Jenkins and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Outram in 1963, parents, sisters Edna Fowler, Lucy Belle Jenkins, Bertha Jenkins; brothers Sherman Jenkins, Frank Jenkins; and grandsons Bobby and Eddie Outram.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday April 10, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main St., Urbana, OH, where the Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018 with Jay Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Kingscreek Cemetery.
