Avery Ward

Avery Ward, 63, of Urbana, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.
He was born on January 24, 1954 in West Liberty, KY. Avery was an amazing father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife, Dianna (Fox) Ward; 3 sons, Donnie (Missy) Jones, David (Valerie) Jones, and Derek (Ashley) Jones; grandchildren, Stacey (Eric) Watson, Jessica (Donnie) Wampler, Amanda Daniel, Edward Jones, David Jones, Kaylee Jones, TJ Hopewell, Tyler Hopewell, Samantha Jones, Paul Jones, Katherine Jones and Lane Jones; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Kathy Conley; brothers, John Conley, Rick Conley, Jerry Conley, James Conley and William Conley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Ressie Conley; grandson, Brandon Jones; and 2 great-grandchildren, Haven Jones and Chevelle Phillips.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana.
